I wasn’t looking for love, it truly found me…
My name is Samantha and about a year and half ago I met my fiancé John Paul Cruz at a local pub. I wasn’t the type to go searching in the bars for true love, but my sister was meeting a guy for the first time and begged me to accompany her. Truly I wasn’t looking for love, but when I saw John for the first time something just hit me, love had found me!
John is a sweet guy and had remembered that Wheaton Village in Millville was one of my favorite places when I was young and figured there would be no better place. Friday, March 25, 2011 he asked if I’d like to take a walk in Wheaton Village, I didn’t think anything of it because we had talked about walking there in the Spring.
We went in the stores, museums and well there was only one more stop, the beautiful gazebo over the pond. I was looking over the side with my back turned to him. He called my name, and on bended knee he asked me those four words “Will you marry me?”. I couldn’t be happier… John is a great man and it is an honor he wants me to be his wife. I love you John!
John told me all about the ring that is now on my left hand. He absolutely loved the diamond the first time he saw it and enjoyed his visits with Dondero’s. Thank you Dondero’s for your professional staff and service to my fiancé!
