We have since 1948.
Dondero's processes between 25 and 40 jewelry and watch repairs every day. Our on-site shop is fully equipped to handle many types of jewelry repairs and minor watch adjustments, often while you wait.
Our jewelry repair and design sub-contractors work with the Dondero organization on complicated repairs and restorations.
Jobs that are left for repair are always delivered back to you in a very timely manner at prices well below market.
Most importantly, you have 60 years of family ownership to guarantee your satisfaction. We inventory most watch cells and can change many types while you wait. Many of these watch cell replacements are still completed for just $3.00 (unchanged for 20 years!) We also have an extensive inventory of watch straps and metal bands, which are also typically installed, with no labor fee, while you wait.
