Linda Castellini

AGS Certified Sales Associate and

Linda, originally from Haddon Heights, has lived in the Vineland area for over 25 years. She is the mother of one daughter, Jenne, who is a Special Education teacher at Vineland High School.  Before her association with Dondero's, Linda was a legal secretary for 15 years. Linda has studied with GIA. and has her AGS sales certificate.  She is also a Certified Diamontologist.  Linda has been with Dondero's since August 1989 and looks forward to remaining until retirement. Linda enjoys traveling, the beach, and being with family and friends.

After retiring from a career in County and State service, Ed joined the Dondero team in 2005.  Ed was born and raised in Vineland, where he still resides with his wife, Dominie.  Ed is a graduate of St. Augustine Prep, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rider College (now Rider University).  Ed and Dominie enjoy the company of family and friends, traveling, and spending time at their shore home in Brigantine, NJ.  Ed considers himself a "people person" and looks forward to a lengthy second career in helping to meet clients' needs for high quality jewelry merchandise and service, in the true tradition of the Dondero organization.

Estelle Fralinger  

Sales Associate and Certified Diamontologist, Diamond Council of America

Estelle has been associated with Dondero's since 1984.  She rejoined the team in November 1999. Estelle lives in Hopewell with her husband, Albert, and their four children. She is a graduate of Merrimack College with a BS in marketing, and in her spare time enjoys traveling, reading, and interior decorating.

Don Kopreski 

AGS Certified Sales Associate

Don has lived in the Vineland area his entire life. He had been a full time English teacher at Millville Senior High for 36 years and is currently teaching AP English at St. Joe's High in Hammonton. Associated with Dondero's since 1984, Don prides himself on his wife Holly and his four lovely daughters, Kara Lee, Alison, Sophia, and Olivia. Don's hobbies include brewing beer, kayaking, golf, and basketball.

Susan D. Mesiano

Susan recently joined Dondero's in 2003 and has an extensive background in sales and sales management.  She enjoys volunteering as an EMT with BVTEMS and other community organizations, and is engaged to a wonderful man named Bob.

Lindsey Scarpa

Born and raised in Millville, Stacey now resides in Vineland with her husband Tim, and their adorable daughter, Addison Grace.  Formerly a physical education teacher at Oakcrest and Absegami High Schools, Stacey now devotes her time to Dondero's and her lovely family.  Her hobbies include hiking, golfing, kayaking, and generally being outdoors.

Kevin Kleiner - President

Kevin is co-owner and president, joining Dondero's in 1986 after 7 years of experience in manufacturing sales. He has studied with the G.I.A. and the Diamond Council of America, earning certificates in both colored stones and diamonds. Kevin is a graduate of St. Augustine Prep and Bucknell University, and lives in Milmay with his wife Miriam, two daughters, Lindsey and Bridget, and his son, Matthew. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys surfing and basketball.

Ken Dondero - Vice President

Ken is Vice-President and Co-owner, and is the director of Marketing and Training for the company. He holds a "Diamonds Certificate" from G.I.A.  Ken has been part of the ownership of Dondero's Jewelry since graduating college in 1979. He has a B.S. Degree in marketing management from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA. Ken is a 1975 graduate of St. Augustine Prep and enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons, Jesse and Brian.  Ken also enjoys skiing and motorcycle riding.

Mary Dondero Jablonski - Sales Manager

Mary is the youngest of five siblings and resides in Vineland.  Together, she and her husband Robert have three children, David, Travis, and Kristin. She has been in the family business since February of 1984. She has studied with G.I.A. and has her A.G.S. certificate. Mary enjoys the fact that Dondero's continues to operate on the same principles that Bud and Betty established over 50 years ago.

Laura Cline-Ney

Laura has been a part of the Dondero organization since 1988. Laura took a full-time position as administrator for Dondero's in March of 1999. She now acts as Operations Manager.  She lives in Landisville with her husband Mike, daughter Kellie, and son Michael. She also has a daughter, Nicole, who lives in San Diego, CA.  In Laura's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, working out, skiing, and taking trips on their Harley.

Julie has been with the company since 1982.  Married to Ken since 1981, they have two sons, several pets (including Arlo),  and live in Vineland.  She is a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and Georgetown University.  Julie enjoys traveling, skiing, rowing, and motorcycle riding.

Elizabeth "Betty" Dondero

Administrative Assistant/Customer Relations

Betty is Bud's wife and Ken's mom. She has been part of the foundation of Dondero's Jewelry since 1959. While being a full time wife to Bud and mother to five children, Betty managed day to day operations until 1979 when Ken purchased the business. Even then, she continued to work tirelessly during the expansion that took place. She now works part time in the administration end of the business and in customer relations. In her spare time, Betty enjoys travel, movies and spending time with her 7 grandchildren.

Jean Kleiner  - Administrative Assistant

Jean has been an integral part of the Dondero organization for over 21 years. During these years, Jean has worked in all aspects of the business, everything from sales to inventory to computer data processing. Currently, Jean is responsible for repair computer processing and tracking as well as posting new inventory as it arrives in the store. A "family" member in the truest sense, Jean's children Julie Dondero and Kevin are principal members of the Dondero team. In her spare time, Jean enjoys travel, movies and shows, and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.

Alex Mosley - Shop Technician

Alex was born in Wurzburg, Germany and was raised in Millville, NJ.  He oversees the shop and performs all in-house repairs.  Alex's driving force in life is his wife and son.  His hobbies include movies and anything he can do with friends.

Arlo was adopted from the Gloucester County Animal Shelter in October 1998. His hobbies include sleeping and eating doggie treats.  He enjoys long walks in the woods, chasing turkeys, and coming to work at Dondero's!
