Credit and Exchanges
Dondero Diamonds and Fine Jewelry will issue a full refund, credit, or exchange for any jewelry purchased, if returned in original condition within 30 days. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

Custom Work
Custom made or personalized jewelry is not returnable.

Layaway Policy
Items placed on layaway will be held for up to six months. Payments are required monthly. If layaway payments are not received, the items may be returned to stock.

Appraisals
Appraisals will be issued free of charge upon request, for any item purchased at Dondero’s for over $500 selling price. The receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on insurance company (consult your agent).

Servicing and Cleaning
Dondero’s will clean your jewelry and check the prongs free of charge. We recommend that this be done at least twice a year.

Repairs
Dondero’s accepts no responsibility for any clarity enhanced diamonds damaged during repair unless otherwise disclosed by the customer. Any proof of appraisal value on any items in for repair is the responsibility of the customer to provide.

Since 1948, Dondero’s has been family owned and operated in Vineland, New Jersey. Owners Kevin Kleiner and Ken Dondero, along with their entire staff, share this philosophy:
